Ham hocks for beginners

Consumer Education

  • 4 April 2017
Only 21% of consumers surveyed in 2015 had ever purchased fresh ham hocks—that flavour-packed cut from a pig’s front leg (whereas smoked ham hocks typically come from the hind leg).

The puff pastry pot pie you can keep in your pocket until it’s time for hearty fall recipes again, but the honey garlic ham hocks will have customers coming back for more—in any season!
