Craving some takeout? When you plan ahead, these Honey Garlic Ham Hocks can be ready in a snap. Serve with steamed rice and some fresh broccoli or bok choy for a delicious family meal.

Ham hocks are easy to prepare ahead of time. Just put all the ingredients in a pot and let it bubble away for 2 hours.

When you have finished poaching the ham hocks, remove the skin and fat and pop them into to oven to firm up the meat a bit. Finish the dish now, or refrigerate the meat for later. It only takes 10 minutes to make the sauce and toss with the meat.

A perfect combination: gooey, delicious honey-garlic sauce and tender, moist pork. A fast-food meal, made right at home. Enjoy!
