Many workplaces, including the agriculture sector are concerned about the ongoing issues of workplace mental health. This reality has been highlighted by the pandemic and the realization that the time is now to take meaningful steps to prevent mental harm.

This awareness session is designed to help leaders understand how workplace behaviors and practices can either contribute to mental harm or promote positive mental health. The session is geared toward leaders to help provide them with tools and resources to navigate these challenging times.
