The holidays are in full swing and a new year is just around the corner. Looking back over 2017, six talented guest bloggers created 24 new and unique recipes for us – with favourites including a sausage stuffed pork roast; tacos al pastor and pulled pork with sweet potatoes. Beyond our blog, you may have been tempted by some of these delicious treats through social media, Ontario Pork advertisements and more.
As we turn the page to a new year, we’re expanding our blog to include some exciting new features. Don’t worry, we will still have plenty of tasty pork recipes! But in addition to great blogger-developed recipes, watch for posts that offer a fresh take on some Ontario Pork classic dishes.
As an added bonus, we’ll highlight how-to guides with cooking tips and tricks, information about seasonal cuts, and other helpful tidbits to help you get the most from your pork.
